Get expensive chair or chair suitable for home office?
Work from home on my computer every day. I spend at least 8 hours a day in front of my machine. I'm now an old chair and the house restaurant tables created. It was a year and now my back is killing me a few hours of typing. I want to get an adequate computer chair. I see this http://images.medicinenet.com/images/chair_1.jpg simple as that do not cost much. Then there are other fantasy Bucks that cost up to 800. In terms of health, what if I get the money or fantasy? I really do not want to make a mistake and a waste of money.
The cost does not matter. What matters is your comfort. Go to an office supply store and sit on the chairs. See that one actually feels the best and supports your lower back. Then choose. Money is not the issue.
