Are there low cost, special chairs for hamstring pain?
I've been sitting in my chair wrong office – for years, apparently … now my hamstring hurts so much is hard to sit comfortably anywhere, and a sofa. I wonder if people made an ergonomic chair designed specifically to relieve pressure on the hamstrings. I did see one for $ 3000 but I'm looking for one that is affordable.
