What is the best type of carpet to go in an office chair to protect hardwood floors?
I am creating a home office and have Nice chair on wheels. I like to protect the wood floor from scratches / damage to the material around it. What type of carpet is best for that – the sense of type material – wool, jute, bamboo, etc? And "better" I mean about not rolling heap when I can move without problems, we can withstand a lot of material around without wear or dissemination or cramp … all that good stuff! Thanks in advance …
You'll need to obtain a under low-nap carpet from the place of office supplies. They should have a backup of them as not to scratch the wood. No hard plastic mats such as these slides sea timber. Any "type of carpet mats w / backrest, make sure that this support will allow the wood to breathe and support is compatible w / wood, and some will change the color of the wood. GL
