Static electricity in the human body.?
I am a computer professional. I joined the new office a few months back. In the new office, no carpet on the floor. My place is surrounded by machinery equipment. In the office, as soon as you touch a metal component or any of my colleague, I get a sort of electric shock. Sometimes the intensity is similar to the real shock. The same does not happen with any other colleague. At home or in my old office location (which was also surrounded by computers, carpets and chairs, etc.), never got over that problem. I want to know, is there any negative impact of such shocks electrical / static current health? So is the reason behind this? I tried using athletic footwear / leather shoes. But all in vain. How I get rid of such shocks?
That's because you rub your feet on the carpet. When you rub your feet on the carpet, his shoe and the carpet is loaded. The electrons (negative charge) in the flow of carpets through their shoes.
