I am sitting in a chair all day (at work). A very bad chair to be more specific. I thinking about changing the saddle, but do not know what kind of office chair to use. I see all these seats, expensive and inexpensive, some even look the same, but the price difference is huge. But it's all about price. Ooh … common problem nowadays. I would like to speak with a physical therapist for good advice on what changes to make in his post work and suggestions on the chair in particular. S / he can also show you some exercises to do at your job to help with your pain. Your MD can refer to good. In the meantime, try taking frequent (short) breaks (eg every hour or so) of the meeting. Stand, do some stretching, walking few steps. Think about your posture and do not hunch over your desk. Good luck!
