What is the best low cost ergonomic office chair for back pain?
I have serious back pain dehyrdrated with two disks in his lower back. I also have an office job. Sitting is absolutely killing me. I am in physical therapy, but I'm expecting an ergonomic chair can help some too. Unfortunately I buy my own chair, and I can not pop for an Aeron. We just had the typical rotating, up / down task chairs. Does anyone have a suggestion for a sub-500 (400 would be even better) ergo task chair?
Dehydrated Discs are part of the normal aging process. As you are already in Physiotherapy, then ask the practitioner to refer to an occupational therapist and that the first step to a chair and then recommend a place where you can buy one. On the cheap chair, no so. However, you can buy seat supports, but again have to wonder PT or OT for the best type for your problem. Best of Luck
