Will they accept me if I am very fat and obese?

I am a valuable contributor at work and regarded as a leader. Lately I've become much larger (I have put in 100 pounds in the last two years) and now weighs 375. My size does not affect my work and I keep getting more big. Recently several of my colleagues have noticed that I'm too fat (very obese and I suppose that my "ideal" weight is 220) and swagger of their duties or sitting in meetings. The jokes hit or break my chairs have been made. I know I smile and point at my girth and stomach. I hope to continue to accept me. I have my share of reviews of fat – eating lately, storage for the winter – but that's normal for us, which are large and obese. I wonder how other fats and Obese people deal with this. I would appreciate comments from any of the overweight and obese or those who work with them. I know I will be true for a long time and will be yet larger and rounder soon. I would like them to accept me as a very obese.

Given its current size and purpose, his concern and quesiton is good. Where I work, my work has been in accounting, which generally means spending days working at a desk or in meetings. I got up to the ranks of management. During my 15 years at all with the same company, I have also gained much weight. I started with them after college when I weighed around 250. When my wife and I married, I found she loved to cook and I also liked large (that came later). I liked his kitchen, and my way eating, and during my first five years on the job, I filled a little – about 400 pounds. The acquisition was gradual – 30 or 40 pounds a year. At first some women with whom I work used for comment, but then got used to me and my size and are supporters. I know my size was observed then. To the next five years as I continued to get more responsibility, I kept getting heavier. My days consist of work, walking and spending time at home – Often to eat. I realized that my work was not affected. In the time it was 30, had reached 500. Buy work clothes was a challenge – hard to find pants in my size, but the shirts are easier. Fortunately our work has a code of business casual dress. I started noticing that more people outside our accounting group to look at or make jokes about my size. I had to make sure I had a special chair at meetings so that could fit. My own group I accepted for who I am – very very big and a very good employee. The time between 400 and 500 noted that I was moving and walking more slowly, but still have no problems. In the past five years my weight slowly increased somewhat – I'm up to 550 now. I definitely pay attention to balance and pace as more new sites to be moves. Work is still good – I accept my group, many outside of our group can not believe how big I've become. I am probably seen as a young good artist is not further progress because of my size, but that's okay. I like what I do. I think getting to work is more challenging. Sometimes I drive. In general, I take the bus (close to home and work – a block or so each). In my current size I have to allow more time to get from A to B. I've been lucky that in the bus can usually bet a seat (actually, two based on how much space volume) – which will often be a seat with disabilities as those are the only available. My size does not attract attention and looks – always has. When I move at work, I have to pay attention to aisles and doors because they occupy much space. They have also learned to build in sufficient time to get to meetings because they do not want others to think that just because I'm big I'm late. With all – the work is handled – some accepted, others not. Outisde work of some of my friends can not believe what I'm fat – especially those who know me in school. Others who have been friends for a time was happy as I am glad. I think some are worried about how big I've become, but I know I'm still healthy (for which is 550).
