When should I see a chiropractor?
I have horrible back pain that lasted a couple of days solid now, is in the center of my spine and the surrounding area. My office chair also seems to aggravate it, unfortunately. As a result, I'm tired, I have a headache, and I'm super bad mood. I did a lot of hard work last weekend, so I'm sure this is what causes. Is there anything I can do to solve my problem or should I see a chiropractor?
