It is a necessary insurance for small business in Ontario?
Anybody know if the insurance is mandatory for small businesses in Ontario? My company is mainly online during the last 3 years and am now looking to open a showroom, about 180 inhabitants. / Foot only, with basically no value on it so do not say I regret it if he breaks rob LOL. There might be an office desk and chair, the total value, basically, be less than $ 500 I would say … so I do not care if I break in haha … I have a business license … Vendor permit to be exact. It may be you should check my auto insurance company whether they will have some political accountability? But I wonder, as CSR-CTY LA said that someone can sue me, what's that? Owner of the place? And I need cash to defend myself? For demand? Mine is not exactly Internet business, only to face a few shops that will do the job for my clients and my products.
The only insurance coverage is mandatory for automobiles, however, some occupations require insurance coverage in order to maintain a license (ie, physicians and malpractice insurance). The owner or management company of the property you are renting the space may require at least a liability policy, so be prepared for it.
