
bad back pain … only 6 weeks … ideas?
I'm only 6 weeks of pregnancy (which may or may not be helping) But I've always been my stress and worries in my lower back. Every time I've had a pain, I moved to my back, that's just wear what I wear. I work in an office and sit in a chair or at least 8 hours a day. It's too bad the pain, and is getting worse. No cramps, but more of everything, including bones, joints, muscle pain. I know I can not take ibuprofen because I'm pregnant, but that's usually my drug of choice. What can I do to reduce pain, and measures preventive way to keep coming back? Personal experiences, opinions, and stories welcome.
get a massage, relax and stay in bed much as possible! the principle is tuff! I remember I was very tired! guess what! you should go to Walmart and get a seat massager heated pool or back, r made especially for chairs, you just strap it on! you should! I hope helped!
