A chair back seems a necessity for someone who sits at a desk all day. In today's world of heavy computer use, more and more of this position is focused specialized furniture is popping up everywhere I look. I wonder, however, if someone can sit on a stack of phone books all day if your posture was not good enough? Has anyone checked to see how someone with good postural muscles strong enough to sit for long periods without pain?
I'm certainly not opposed to anyone using a chair to support your back during a long day of sitting at the computer … while only improve back to regularly is being strengthened in other ways. The most common inquiry I hear is that of someone looking for a chair to "fix" your problem position.
The increasing reliance on the chair's backrest that follows for more expensive and more complicated in the way they used to hold the back up and that is the right place.
Are you using the chair as a replacement for strengthening the back and make a lasting difference in improving your posture? This could be a critical error.
Too many times I have seen my patients change their chairs and spend a lot of money doing it. While I can understand that some chairs are simply not bad for your posture, you probably can do as good a position as not to damage the new chair support that will not break the bank and add in some rel = "nofollow" href = "http://www.improvemyposture.com/"> posture exercises to ensure that the President has something to support.
