The next week 'Rising Stars' honored is time for the stars to shine again in 2010. Queens Courier is the recognition of the 40 young then professionals who exemplify outstanding leadership skills, not only in their fields, but also their community, in the second annual "Rising Stars "awards and networking events to be held at the Queens Theater in the Park on February 4.
