What is the best way to make good use of a tripod?

I'm doing a film / video, but some of the scenes are more complicated than others, because I thought some of the shots are still actors. What I mean is that I can continue to maneuver around without doing the shooting scenes / CAM all Jiggly; to stabilize the camera. Unfortunately, I have no money to buy high-definition cameras, so I just use a camera source. No Dolly tracks money well. I've been thinking on getting on a skateboard while someone pushes me around the scene, but that seems a little dangerous when I'm filming a fast execution scene. I also thought the computer chair wheels hit the bottom tip of the tripod, but I'm not sure Home / Office Depot will sell me said nothing as the wheels of the chair. Any suggestion would be amazing! Thank you!

Sounds like you're trying to create something very elaborate, with a modest budget. I think you should think about the type of scene you are trying to shoot his shot and Taylor plan to capture every scene. One thing that should make your goals easier, is the that is a film and you should have an idea of the action trying to capture. It would be very limited to the amount that would be able to maneauver on a skateboard, but could help the sagging. If you use a skateboard I would think that at least two people to help. One and one poking around to help catch when I fall. Not only do I have to rehearse the scene, but should also try recording, especially with two types of aid. My idea would be to find a shopping cart age to be pushed into anything goes. The cars are especially prone to tip over if used for "transportation" in this way. The safest way to use this idea would be to weigh the bottom down so that less "excess" is going to make it more difficult to push, but safer. Yet have a couple of people helping me move and watch for acidents. In any case, play it safe. Whatever idea you come up with, try it and see what kind of framing shots to be able to do. Some of its limitations could be compensated with some modifications done. You may find that the best you can do a sweep of the camera while going in one direction. However, this gives a few possibilities. You may begin to distance and zoom into the action or zoom away. You can go by action and turn the camera toward the action fluidly as they pass. Come to think of it more, whether on a flat surface, roll looks like a tripod best option if you do heavy enough to prevent strokes and flabby. And if Home Depot would have a wheelchair that could be able to ride a board and then mount the tripod to the Board in some way. It would be better to get 5 castors for stability and Avoise tipping. Hope some of this information aid, Cool question, however.
